Eyes Straight Ahead
Looking straight ahead
When someone looks straight ahead to you, this is usually a good sign. After all, most of us will try to catch someone's eyes by looking at him/her to show our interest.
But do consider that people usually also look away as they're processing what you're saying. So, if someone looks right at you, and doesn't look away at all, the message of what you're saying may not even come across. Also, people who are lying are often aware that eye movement may give them away, so they'll look you straight in the eye. And keep looking.
I guess that's why its usually a bit creepy if, that prolonged stare in the eyes.
In short: Straight at you... good, continuous looking without signs of looking away... often not so good, disinterest or lying. Exception: the gaze of 2 people deeply in love.
Eyes Straight Ahead
Looking Up and to the Left
Looking up is an eye body language sign of thinking. If you're looking to the left as well, you're processing information, and relating it to a past experience or an emotional feeling. If you're talking to this person and you see this eye movement, I think it's a good sign. Some people associate this with lying, but liars usually look straight at you to conceal their lie.
In short: Looking up is thinking, left and up is thinking about experiences and emotions.
Eyes Left
Looking to the Left
Looking to the left is the eye body language usually associated with trying to remember a sound. This one is easy to remember: it's as if she's looking at their ears! As always, you should keep the context of the eye movement in mind: she could also very well see movement in her left eye, or look at the door to get away from you!
In short: Looking at the ears, is remembering a sound. She could also see movement to the left, or checking how to get away from you.
Eyes Right Up
Looking to the Right and Up
You look to the right and up, if you're trying to remember a recent experience, or you're trying to assess if it's logical what the other person is saying. If you're talking to this person, it's usually a good sign, you have captured her attention.
In short: Up and Right is about remembering recent experiences and thinking logically.
Eyes Up
Looking Up
If someone's looking up, he or she is carefully thinking over what you're saying... if this movement is made while arms go up and hands are folded behind the head, that's a particular good sign. If someone glances up for a second or so, while sighing, that could also mean they're looking at the heavens, summoning their God. That's usually not such a good sign.
In short: Up means careful thinking, weighing both emotion and logic... good! Or they're saying "My God!" with their eyes! (not so good!)
Eyes Down
Looking Down
Looking down, especially with someone not looking the other person in the eye, is usually associated as submissive (ie. not dominant) eye body language. So, that person may not be very comfortable in your presence, or feeling guilty of something. Not engaging in eye contact can also mean disinterest, and a desire to leave. On the other hand, he or she may be just thinking what use your information is.
In short: Constantly looking down signals "Submissive". It could also be that this person feels guilty, not wanting to face you. Or general disinterest. Usually not a good sign.

True loveee

It was approximately 8.30 a.m. on a busy morning when an elderly gentleman in his eighties arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He stated that he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9.00 a.m.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat. I knew it would take more than an hour before someone would to able to attend to him. I
saw him check his watch anxi...ously for the time and decided to evaluate his wound since I was not busy with another patient.

On examination, the wound was well healed. Hence, I talked to one of the doctors to get the supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

We began to engage in a conversation while I was taking care of his wound. I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment later as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no and said that he needed to go to the nursing home to have breakfast with his wife.

I inquired about her health. He told me that she had been in the nursing home for a while as she was a victim of Alzheimer's disease. I probed further and asked if she would be upset if he was slightly late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was and she had not been able to recognize him since five years ago.
I asked him in surprise, "And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?"
He smiled as he patted my hand and said, "She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is."

I had to hold back my tears as he left.
I had goose bumps on my arm, and I thought, "That is the kind of love I want in my life."

True love is neither physical nor romantic. True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

2 nd story :)

A Husband comes home drunk, vomits and falls down on the floor. His Wife gets him up and cleans everything.

Next day when he gets up he expects her to be really angry with him. He braces for a fight, but finds a note near the table.

"Honey, your favorite breakfast is ready on the table, I had to leave early to buy groceries. I'll come running back to you, my love. I love you.

Surprised, he asks his son, "What happened last night?"

The Son replies, "When mom got you up to bed and tried removing your boots and shirt. You were dead drunk and you said,

"Hey Lady! Leave Me Alone. I'm Married!!!"

The purpose of crying

The Purpose of Crying

What happens when you cry, exactly? A salty fluid chock full of protein, water, mucus and oil is released from the lacrimal gland in the upper, outer region of your eye. This fluid, better known as tears, then flows down the surface of your eye, across your face and smears your mascara.
Of course, not all tears are of the emotional variety. In fact, three types of tears exist, all with different purposes. Basal tears are omnipresent in our eyes. These constant tears are what keep our eyes from drying out completely. The human body produces an average of 5 to 10 ounces of basal tears each day. They drain through the nasal cavity, which is the reason so many of us develop runny noses after a good sobfest.
The second type is reflex tears, which serve to protect the human eye from harsh irritants such as smoke, onions or even a very strong, dusty wind. To accomplish this feat, the sensory nerves in your cornea communicate this irritation to your brain stem, which in turn sends hormones to the glands in the eyelids. These hormones cause the eyes to produce tears, effectively ridding them of the irritating substance.
The third type of tears is emotional tears. It all starts in the cerebrum where sadness is registered. Theendocrine system is then triggered to release hormones to the ocular area, which then causes tears to form. Emotional tears are common among people who see Bambi's mother die or who suffer personal losses.
The phrase "having a good cry" suggests that crying can actually make you feel physically and emotionally better, which many people believe. Some scientists agree with this theory, asserting that chemicals build up in the body during times of elevated stress. These researchers believe that emotional crying is the body's way of ridding itself of these toxins and waste products.
In fact, one study collected both reflex tears and emotional tears (after peeling an onion and watching a sad movie, respectively). When scientists analyzed the content of the tears, they found each type was very different. Reflex tears are generally found to be about 98 percent water, whereas several chemicals are commonly present in emotional tears [Source: The Daily Journal. First is a protein called prolactin, which is also known to control breast milk production. Adrenocorticotropic hormones are also common and indicate high stress levels. The other chemical found in emotional tears is leucine-enkephalin, an endorphin that reduces pain and works to improve mood. Of course, many scientists point out that research in this area is very limited and should be further studied before any conclusion can be made.
Incidentally, in Japan some people have taken the notion of "a good cry" to the next level. They hold organized crying clubs where they watch sad movies and television shows and read tear-inducing books.
